Method
Mix enough of the ingredients together to cover your belly pork slices (taste until you get a mixture that you like, my proportions are roughly 3 rice wine, 3 soy sauce, 1 rice vinegar, 2 sugar.)
Marinade pork for at least 3 hours in refrigerator.
Cook pork on BBQ, brushing on remaining marinade if it gets a little dry.
