Make a ‘cross’ of aluminium foil and spread a little olive oil around. Place all vegetables on the foil, and sprinkle some garlic cloves, sea salt and rosemary on top. put a few glugs of olive oil on and wrap the parcel up.
Place on BBQ and turn every 5 minutes or so. Depending on your BBQs temperature it should take 15 – 30 minutes to cook.
